How long has it been since you felt like dancing? Six weeks? Six months? Six years? Remember how happy you were when you were dancing? Remember how easy it was to move your body? You could swing your hips, spin, bend, and do the twist. You were light and graceful. You could really rock and roll!
Now, you’re waking up in the morning feeling stiff and grouchy. Oh, sure, it goes away in a little while, but you want to embrace the day with joy.
Joint Advance is a unique new formula that goes beyond the “ho hum” of ordinary products. Read more about our Ingredients. It will help you feel like dancing again. You’ll feel like playing with the children, you’ll be ready to get back into sports, go to work, swing a hammer, and look forward to making love with pleasure. Stand up straight and tall, throw a ball, and plant your garden or do crochet.
Advance! Advance and nourish your joints with the natural food substances they need.
Any number of things can cause physical discomfort. It could be an old ski injury or an accident. It is often a result of obesity -- the excess weight being more than the joints can handle. Sometimes it’s caused by a sedentary life style. The afflicted areas are tender. Any stress hurts.
When you look at the causes, often simply consequences everyday living, and then couple them with the wrong foods in your diet, you compound the problem. This results in joint discomfort. You find yourself sitting when you’d rather be dancing.
Joint Advance is a shield of protection
Joint Advance is a unique advanced formula especially created with you in mind. There are many joint supplements on the market today. But Joint Advance is ahead of all of them because it has so many all-natural herbal ingredients. No, we’ll just tell you Joint Advance is a logical, sensible formula, based on a solid scientific understanding of the factors involved. It is distinguished from ordinary joint supplements by a powerful combination of ingredients.

We’ve put together a whole-body health guide, to help you on your way. Your diet is more <br>
important than you might think. Certain foods and liquids we drink are converted into acid ash during metabolism. This creates an acid condition. Acid tends to attack the weak areas of your body and create problems. Learn more on the How It Works Page
When you order Joint Advance, we’ll include your special Joint Protection Diet Guide. Most people don’t realize what happens to the food we eat and the liquid we drink after we swallow. We’ve never had to think about how it’s all metabolized in the body. With this Guide you’ll be well informed and able to eat with deliberate intention to aid your general health.
This guide will show you how some simple changes in what you eat and drink will help maintain healthy joints. You won’t need to starve yourself, and it’s not a weight reduction diet (although you might lose weight, too.) Among other things, you’ll find a list of foods to avoid, and foods you need to eat more of on a daily basis. You’ll also learn a quick, inexpensive way to test yourself to see if you are too “acid”.
The Joint Protection Diet Guide would ordinarily sell for $29.95, but we want you to download it for Free when ordering today. Order today.

Comments about this video: Boy, this project has everything! Cheap easily available materials, several types of advanced joinery but large enough for a novice, practice with a wide array of hand tools and marking techniques. And most of all the final product is genuinely useful and looks good too! I'll have to make some marking gages and try this project! A neat tip I picked up for hand sawing the other day is to look at the reflection of the wood you're about to cut in the blade of your saw. To cut at a right angle to the edge the wood and it's reflection should form a completely straight line. If they form a V then you know your blade us cocked to the left or right of dead square. Of course this requires that your saw blade be shiny enough to see the wood's reflection clearly.
Keep up the good work. I like your B.C. videos, but this is even better. Thanks for the non power stuff. Keep the projects coming. Thank you!!! Do you mean that seems cheap, or expensive? I got two 2X6s and one 2X4 for around $10 at Home Depot. That's a pretty standard price around here.I meant cheap, but I've since priced them and...you're right $10 or less it is. Having done a bunch of outdoor projects, I had treated 2X prices in mind. Sorry 'bout that.Busted out an ol' Millers Falls 900, nice. I'm surprised you didn't have a millers falls No. 9. he was but a humble & proud american. I realised- ole Pappy Nubs wouldn't want any accolades, he was happy he was able to his part. Just like you my friend. A proud american & like me a proud man from MIchigan. Keep up the good work.with such a rich & colorful ancestral history, one would expect there to be more information in the history books, I mean, I would probably be a little miffed if my grandpa single handidly sunk the british fleet & there was not a mention of in the history books. but that's just me. After the Revolutionary War he became subdued. He was a modest man. He didn't brag to historians like his friend, General Patton did when they served together in WWII. That's what Pappy Nubs said about him. He said he was the most irritating man he'd known except for maybe Paul Revere. That guy REALLY thought he was something. Always going on about the British coming, drove Pappy nuts. After some careful internet search & review,"we all know that if it's on the internet, it must be real" I was able to determine the the GREAT Pappy Nubs was infact an undercover agent for this great nation of ours. I was at first dismayed that there was not a monument nor a plack or anything to honor this grat man. Especially since he appears to have fought in every war over the last 500 years. You should hear his stories about Christopher Columbus... now THAT guy really got under Pappy's skin!
I am going to have to go and see your other videos, this one is excellent, your video making is as good as your woodworking, thanks for sharing.
I enjoy your videos, Stumpy, the goofy kind of humor makes them even better. I'd watch them even if they were twice as long. This is hands down one of the best woodworking videos I've ever seen. The sheer volume of knowledge imparted is fantastic. This is the kind of thing that's hard to get in such a compact format. This video is on a par with Ron Hock's book, "The Perfect Edge". You can just ignore godu1111's remarks, you just keep on makin' these videos the way you are making them, I love your jokes, and your production values are really good. Bravo!Stumpy, Good clean humour with lots of woodworking information. I look forward to your shows and find the whole team ferry funny. Keep e'm coming and have a cold one for me. Regards from Poole in the UK. Wikk. Stumpy, man, Stop with the jokes, most of them are not funny or entertaining. Stop over producing the videos, not need to switch between cameras so much. Cut your videos to manageable parts, 25 minutes is too much for youtube. I agree. The information is great and very clear, but all the bells and whistles are kinda annoying and make the videos way too long.
I'll have to check with my bell and whistle guy on that. But it's shorter than PBS woodworking shows, and those seem to work out great.
Sorry you don't like the show, but it is what it is. I don't know who makes the time rules for YouTube videos, but it seems that thousands of people disagree with you.
I do like the show. Watched all three old-timely vids (and older ones too). I`m subscribed and will be coming back as you publish new ones. I understand your point, don't get me wrong. I know most Youtube videos are short. But I'm trying to do something different. I'm making a TV style show. I love to kick back and watch a half hour of Roy Underhill or something else on PBS. Why not online? I feel like there's a place for full shows on Youtube, and I hope to change people's way of thinking. Glad you subscribed!Almost makes me regret the fact that I bought hundreds of dollars of power tools. when all I really needed is a few scraps and yard sale saws. I hope my wife never sees this video. Nice Job. Well stumpy, I'm impressed. Keep on throwing back the cold ones like a rockstar, and pounding that wood like a pornstar. One of your best episodes. Even brought back memories on one of your old episodes about words. Your videos are getting better and better, can't wait till the next one. Stumpy this is the best video (in my opinion) you have done. It is packed with a ton of tips and tricks. Well done. Keep them coming.Just off the rack, Home Depot pine. One side of each board has the blue and gray streaks. Might have been some insect problems in the tree.

Comments about this video: Hey Stumpy! I've used MDF as my flat surface for years. I always have a piece of it around my shop> works great!I've actually set it off THREE times- all by forgetting to readjust the aluminum fence on my miter gauge after lengthening it to make a 45 degree cut. That can get a little pricey, let me tell you!Just get yourself one of those nice Shop-Smith Mark 5 (or what ever number is current) and get rid of all the rest of the space hogs in your shop!! ;) Yeah, fun but a tad long with the vid. This has got to be the longest episode yet. 32 minutes well worth watching! Hope to hear more on that sawstop. Can it cut metal? LOL!!! I would buy or make another mobile base as a platform to stand on to use the tools that are higher up. How? Build a frame of 2X6, 8, 10, or 12, say 3' X 4'. set it on 2 2X4s, that extend about four inches beyond one end. Mount two casters on the cantilever extensions. Mount a 2 X4 frame below the first that extends 1/4" below the casters. Cover it all with some 3/4" flooring or whatever you have. Now, when you lift the end opposite the casters, they will hit the ground and... Got it?
Another excellent video, Mr. Nubs! Too late now, but you could have made the bench shorter and just cut slots (or otherwise leave gaps) to allow the dust collection parts to pass through. Oh wait, then you'd have to leave all that space clear to allow the parts to... Never mind... Carry on. You obviously know better than I do! Really. I'm curious: Is Chip mike's son? You guys make a great team. Another excellent video, Mr. Nubs! You guys make a great team.is that sawstop a 1 3/4hp or the 3 hp model? I can think of one loss in all of this. Your now on record for mishandling your sawstop. They are very particular about their shipping, and voiding the warranty. No, that's the 5HP industrial model. Way bigger than a small shop needs but I got an offer I couldn't refuse. It actually looked a lot worse than it was, everything is still in alignment, working fine. It's one tough saw, the best I've ever owned. Is that what it is? I thought it was one of chips wheelchair parts. I wish! It has hydraulics!... U guys are hilarious!!A little late but I started moving with a 900 lb grizzly planer and rented an engine hoist from the HD. When it came time to move and assemble the 8" jointer I was lucky enough to be able to buy the same one I rented for $160 bucks. I have 5 pieces over 400 lbs and this thing is a blessing.Same here,Stump, I just wanted to mention a few other options. Dang, that reminds me, I went to Home Depot today and forgot to go look for a marble tile. Looks like another trip to the tool store, gee life stinks. Granite countertops have come waaaay down in price. You could buy a square of that pretty cheap, or if you ask nice they might let you look through the scrap bin or even let you have a sink cut out. Same for any of the solid surface countertop materials, really.all kinds of cheap flat stuff out there!
Good idea. I know there are lots of options out there, I just wanted to mention a couple of the easiest to find ones so the most people could benefit. Hey Stumpy, This is your ALL TIME BEST! You have distilled the best sharpening solutions available (if I include your earlier WorkSharp advisories). There are other much more expensive solutions that offer some advantages for specialized purposes, but for those of us who live south of the financial equator, your solutions are excellent. You would be my rock star, if it were not for Chip. He is clearly the brains of the entire operation. Have a nice day! Antti. Thanks, Antti! This episode was the hardest one to produce and edit, but it's my favorite so far too. As for the Work Sharp- the next episode will have power sharpening options, including a stand for the cheaper WS2000!
After watching this I'm going to get rid of my cnc machine and woodmaster 18 inch. Grin. Good show, thanks for the grin. Just preorder your headstone well in advance and use it as a flat surface until the time come for it's intended use. Than it won't actually cost you anything as the headstone would be needed anyway ;o). My dad bought an uncarved granite headstone that had one side polished smooth. Thing works as a massive holddown [weighs 25 lbs], as a stone anvil for stamping leather and I'm sure with some spray adhesive it would be awesome for some scary sharpening. Headstone??? When I did they're going to erect a giant monument of me like a civil war general or something. Except instead of riding a horse and holding a sword, I'll be riding on Randy the shop boy's back and holding a chisel.
