Now is the time you want to protect your joints and keep them healthy. Joint Advance is a natural formula designed to shield your joints from the trials and results of working hard and playing hard.

Let’s Dance!

How long has it been since you felt like dancing? Six weeks? Six months? Six years? Remember how happy you were when you were dancing? Remember how easy it was to move your body? You could swing your hips, spin, bend, and do the twist. You were light and graceful. You could really rock and roll!

Now, you’re waking up in the morning feeling stiff and grouchy. Oh, sure, it goes away in a little while, but you want to embrace the day with joy.

Joint Advance is a unique new formula that goes beyond the “ho hum” of ordinary products. Read more about our Ingredients. It will help you feel like dancing again. You’ll feel like playing with the children, you’ll be ready to get back into sports, go to work, swing a hammer, and look forward to making love with pleasure. Stand up straight and tall, throw a ball, and plant your garden or do crochet.

Advance! Advance and nourish your joints with the natural food substances they need.

Any number of things can cause physical discomfort. It could be an old ski injury or an accident. It is often a result of obesity -- the excess weight being more than the joints can handle. Sometimes it’s caused by a sedentary life style. The afflicted areas are tender. Any stress hurts.

When you look at the causes, often simply consequences everyday living, and then couple them with the wrong foods in your diet, you compound the problem. This results in joint discomfort. You find yourself sitting when you’d rather be dancing.

Joint Advance is a shield of protection

Joint Advance is a unique advanced formula especially created with you in mind. There are many joint supplements on the market today. But Joint Advance is ahead of all of them because it has so many all-natural herbal ingredients. These ingredients from nature are recognized by the body’s chemistry, and are easily metabolized into your system.

Our ingredients are specially chosen to give you support for total joint health. Glucosamine Complex, Chondroitin Sulfate and MSM all work together, to supply your body vital strengthening nutrition. Vitamin C, Ginger, and White Willow Bark support your general good health.

We won’t say Joint Advance is amazing, stupendous, or sensational. You’ve heard all that before about other joint supplements. No, we’ll just tell you Joint Advance is a logical, sensible formula, based on a solid scientific understanding of the factors involved. It is distinguished from ordinary joint supplements by a powerful combination of ingredients.

Joint Advance supports healthy joints – and that’s exactly what you’re looking for.

Order today and we’ll include a special bonus

We’ve put together a whole-body health guide, to help you on your way. Your diet is more <br> important than you might think. Certain foods and liquids we drink are converted into acid ash during metabolism. This creates an acid condition. Acid tends to attack the weak areas of your body and create problems. Learn more on the How It Works Page

When you order Joint Advance, we’ll include your special Joint Protection Diet Guide. Most people don’t realize what happens to the food we eat and the liquid we drink after we swallow. We’ve never had to think about how it’s all metabolized in the body. With this Guide you’ll be well informed and able to eat with deliberate intention to aid your general health.

This guide will show you how some simple changes in what you eat and drink will help maintain healthy joints. You won’t need to starve yourself, and it’s not a weight reduction diet (although you might lose weight, too.) Among other things, you’ll find a list of foods to avoid, and foods you need to eat more of on a daily basis. You’ll also learn a quick, inexpensive way to test yourself to see if you are too “acid”.

The Joint Protection Diet Guide would ordinarily sell for $29.95, but we want you to download it for Free when ordering today. Order today.

  29. Comments about this video:

After 20 years of trying to tough it out while it only got worse, I was diagnosed with this today. I couldn't be happier. Lol. Seriously. It has a name and we know what the cause is. And now I am on the road to do what I need to to get better. I spent so much money on doctors that just didn't know what what was wrong with me. Today I got the tests seen in the video. My next visit is for the shot. All these years I thought my husband was the pain in my rear. I stand (sit) corrected. ;).
I am a professor of Orthopaedics, and I find your videos, very ,very concise, and informative, being audio, and visual, these are ideal, for a busy teacher, to quickly brush up his/her knowledge. Keep up the good work.
you are correct. we must kill the bad fat and belly first to get the 6 pack. Between I heard that most of the celebrities used to follow to kill their belly using this 7 food items. get to know here bit.ly/12rrEVy?=fgkov.

I would like to point out that for the last 10 years I have worked at a desk or standing behind a counter. Primarily I have been seated more than anything else and not really moving around much!
Also when standing with my buttocks clenched tight or in a leg straight position (also happens when laying down every night) my vastus externus muscles go numb on both legs. I also have lack of circulation going to my feet when in a squatting position. I also get numb hands sometimes on certain angles but maybe only once a month. I find that my hands go numb more often than most people if I am laying with my head resting in my hand with my arm bent and elbow on the bed supporting the weight. My right leg is 1cm shorter than my left leg. I work out on a regular basis with heavy compound weight lifting and I very rarely get any pain or discomfort. HOWEVER. If I jog or run for longer than 10 seconds or so I will immediately get pain on both sides of these areas you mention. It happens worse when I am in a knees bent position. For example, if I am roller skating and crouching a bit it also happens to the point where I have to stand up straight and try to rub and relieve the area.
I love this video clip. Youtube is made for this form of thing. My homeboy was previously bullied. He said he was about to get bigger. I did not believe him. Right up until out of thin air he packed on 40lbs of absolute lean muscle mass. He tried the Muscle Building Bible (Google it). No one dares to bully the man nowadays. I personally registered a few days ago. And the guys emails are fucking interesting...

i had SI dysfunction from lifting weights and too much golf...I couldnt' sit or lift anything heavy at all...I had to diagnose this SI Joint dysunction myself and 100% this was the problem...I had a surgeon in GA put 3 screws through my SI Joint and IMMEDIATELY the problem was solved...unreal, I can now play 100 rounds of golf a year and am almost totally better.

It would be a shame if you did not bulk up when these normal people build muscle so easily using MAD Muscle Ripper (go google it).

brilliant i have which showed on xray sclerosis in the right sacroiliac joint with slight disc space narrowing at l/45.
yep i agree. You are smart if you understand you need to eat right at your age to kill your belly. And My international body building trainer also recommended this 7 food elements to kill your fat belly. you can see it here => bit.ly/10RgWaj?=cinzc. Hi, I live in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada, just south of Vancouver. I have an SI problem. I've seen 23 doctors/physio therapists/chiropractors/water therapy experts/acupuncture guys, some of them told me it was definitely not the SI joint. Your Youtube identifies my problem perfectly. Do you know of anyone in my area that can help me? My area code is V7E6J8. Thankyou for your Youtube, it may be my road to recovery. Cheers, Bob.
Sounds like you need a MRI a maybe some epidural shots in the area, The epidural can isolate the problem if you get some relief. Ask your doctor.
Hello there! Thanks a lot for this useful video. By the way, I notice many people keep on talking about Fibromilorex Remedy (search on google), but I'm not sure if it's good. Have you ever tried home remedy called Fibromilorex Remedy? I've heard many great things about it and my mate completely cures his fibromyalgia naturally with this remedy. At last after almost a year i finally found out what i was experiencing and what it is thank you so much! Thus is realy informative. Thank you so much for the differential diagnosis material and the diagrams. btw there is a typo at 5:00 when you say "massage" but the word "message" appears on screen.Great video doctor thank you! I'm a chiropractor and manipulation can work awesome for SI joints. I also work with a PA that does SI joint injections. They can work miracles too. Post more!
Hi..do you think SI joint injections would work for fairly advanced HLAB27 posAkylosing Spondilitis? I have severe irritation and heriation on the L5 root nerve too and I've lost total sensation on 2 occasions now from the chest down causing me to fall flat on front on the floor..Really scary.I;m taking anti tnf and methotrexate which have really stopped all the optic nerve problems irritis/scleritis.I;d be really grateful if you could suggest anything as I'm sick of drugs.Thanks.
Do not take any pills that doctor tells you you should take..Those things will go strait to your blood and nerve system period. Go to youtube and type Omni Yogaswing. Save money from anything that you waste and buy that one.. Now I weight 150 pounds and with it my HERNIATED DISK L5 GOT TOTALLY DECOMPRESSED. You may weight more than me i do not know, but you got to tell them your real weight so they can send you more strong spring..
Get some pot girl! I know many will disagree with my opinion...but it works! It is addiction free...trust me I'm 51 with an 80 year old's back and when I can't get any, there are no withdrawals other than maybe a day of wishing you had some. And it's all natural.
Do 20 minutes on an eliptical machine, then stretch the hell out of your hip area. I've been doing this for over 7 years. It beats any antiinflammatory medication or injection.Glad I came across this clip. Youtube is made for this sort of info. My cousin was formerly bullied. He stated he was going to get bigger. I laughed... But then in only weeks he packed on 40 pounds of absolute muscle mass. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible - look in Google. He doesn't get bullied these days. I personally registered earlier this week. Plus this mans emails are fucking great!!!
Katrina, what does your comment have to do with this vieo? Secondly, in a matter of weeks he packed on 40 lbs of "absolute muscle mass" ?...right.
After being diagnosed with SI joint dysfunction, I have been seeing a chiropractor but the pain continues to persist. I'm hoping to get relief soon.
Hi David. It's possible that your chiropractor is treating the SI joint as a fixation, instead of a hyper-mobility (stuck, instead of too loose). If you find a Chiropractor that does Sacro Occipital Technique, they'll have a protocol for figuring out which adjustment to do. Try sotousa dot com or sorsi dot com to find someone. Good luck!
I would add one more treatment modality Feldenkrais method. Awareness Through Movement -ATM and Functional Integration-FI. Check it out!Wow! This has been the most informative video for me, from the source of pain to treatment. I was dx with SI dysfunction 5 years ago, but pain persisted and discovered L4-5 S1 disc herniation. I also tested pos for HLA-B27 and wasn't aware that SI dysfunction was related to AS, which I might have. Hopefully, rheumatologist can give answers next week. Have had most treatments except RFA or surgery.By far the best video describing this condition. It really has helped me to understand my condition quickly yet thoroughly. Thank you Dr.!
My doctor diagnosed SI Dysfunction with a confirming injection & after clinical examination & showed me this video. he also stated that it is a repetition type injury. it arose after a strain at work and the type of work I was performing ie a lot of lifting etc. other doctors seem to think SI dysfunction can not be caused by an injury. Interested in feedback on the injury angle to this condition.

Hey YouTubers, have you heard about Max Muscle Extend? (Go Google it) You will discover the crimes we commit against our bodies. With Max Muscle Extend, you will discover how to get ripped fast.
Traction for sciatic pain due to herniated disk good, however if you don't get at least 4 hours of deep R.E.M. sleep while in traction, results will be modest and short lived. In R.E.M. sleep the brain paralyses the body, So in order to have gravity really work long term you need to add 2 more ingredients, time, and sleep. D.I.Y. For about $20 in materials a few common tools and some time, pain relief may be just a day or 2 away GravInducedSleepTrac. I also find that sitting on the toilet can give some relief as there is no pressure to your buttocks I wish they made chairs with holes in them for work because I do ten hour shifts and am mostly sitting all day.
I've been dagnosed with SI dysfunction to the right side of my spine and I face the same problem when I sit on a normal chair and feel relief when sitting on a toilet seat. I so wish special orthopaedic chairs could be made for people who suffer from this problem.

I get this also and have not been properly diagnosed, does anyone get pain right down their legs to the bottom of your feet so your feet feel like they are on fire, I can not describe it any better as I have no comparison and have never had this before getting back and buttock pain. I don't think I am explaining the feet thing that well because burn is not quite the appropriate word, I find it is one of the worse things about this condition.

Is the feeling more like a kind of vibrating, tingling thing? It feels more startling than painful, right? If that's it,I know exactly what you mean. I get it too, especially along the right leg and in the right heel.

Yes the leg thing is not in itself painful it is more aggravating as there is nothing you can do about that type of annoyance, I feel like pressing down on it is kind of nicely painful as it is like poking a planters wart or something like that except I don't have a wart and it feels like there is a nerve that goes down inside my leg ending at the heel. I do get shocking aching hips but I think that is more the osteo.
I am really struggling in the sitting down and have been given another trial chair, when I tell the makers of the chairs don't you have anything with a hole so I am not putting pressure there they kind of look at me like I am mad. Maybe I need to get my own chair built although it would probably cost a fortune.
The S I injection is the not the only source for correct diagnosis. There is the option of an MRI to detect early inflammation in AS and other diseases.

You left out that bad enough injury- torn ligaments- means dislocation of the ilia and binding hip joints. And displaced internal organs. Shots don't fix that. Miserable way to exist!
Thank you, sooo much. After 10 years of pain I can't explain, on top of having Endometriosis, my family still doesn't know what's wrong with me. I get the glares and whispers, and meant to feel ashamed. Now I can at least show them a great video, to explain what I can't. My sincerest thank, Julie Timby. You misspelled massage, but I thank you for including it as an option for treatment in SI joint pain.I would like to say thank you for the comprehensive video about SI joint pain. The A&P really help to confirm that my pain is infact real.I've been dealing with this for about 3 years, only getting worse. Most days its an 8/10 but am now under the care of many different providers to help deal.Am waiting to have Rhizotomy on L and R sides soon. Had facets done but no lasting relief. I requested SI rhizotomy.I have a good feeling it will work b/c diagnostic injections did. Do you see patients? :-). Glaringly absent from this (and a major disservice to the viewer) is any mention of Chiropractic or Rolf therapy. I would rather have the underlying cause treated competently, rather than go to a typical doctor and have the symptoms "relieved" (ie.: suppressed) only to cause more problems due to toxic medicine or Medieval practices like injections and fusions. This is by far the best video explain this issue. I've tried for years to find a good video to show my parents and others close to me who want to know what it is the cause of my pain (unfortunately I also have a disc bulge pinching a nerve and facet dyscopathia). Anyways, this clearly shows where one part of my pain comes from. The finger pointing example is really good as that's exactly one of two areas I point too when asked where my pain starrts. Thank you for this great public service.I have a problem best described as a nut and bolt(or your thumb) pressing tight into me. i seem to be able to locate it to the sacro illiac area. i have it now for approx 3 months but immediately prior to this i had sciatica running down the full lenght of this leg. My hamstring is extremely tight and while I was getting physio for this I was told I have a bad tear in my groin which explains the discomfort I have here. An osteopath told me I had a problem with my sacrum-that it was curved.????
Thank you for suggesting a wide range of therapies. Most only mention a few, and are usually pushing there own therapy.
Have you observed the SI dysfunction patient reports palpation to be most exquisite at the inferior aspect of the PSIS? Pain reported superior to the PSIS tend to be iliolumbar ligament, or focal lumbar issues.2 vxetgvb yep i agree. i know the bad fat is the reason that stopping 6 pack coming outside even we work out well.
